Had the part I needed in stock. The 2 other places I called had to order my ac fan motor. It fit perfect, and works great
Made an Appointment to "drop off" my rv. After 2 weeks with no communication, I called and found out they hadn't even looked at it. So I started doing some more research. Found out their rates are considerably higher for similar repair outlets in this area, shame on me for not looking first. So, then we "walked the unit" and I described what was wrong. I needed a part for my travel trailer, and Safari was recommended to me when their competitor didn't have what I needed in stock. Safari knew exactly what I needed, found it quickly, and were nice to talk to as well.
After several visits over the last couple years it’s always the same. They usually have what I need but the staff is terrible. They treat you with reluctance and distain. Jerks on the phone too.
