We were passing through Reno on a cross country trip and had an issue with our newly installed weight distribution hitch. It was unplanned so we pulled in with no appointment. The front staff and the mechanic accommodate us very quickly and explained that the issues was user error and that there was nothing wrong with our hitch. They were curtious and prompt. We filled our propane while we were there and we were on our way.
Pleasant and knowledgeable staff
If I could zero stars I would! I went spent $66.88 on a part from them when online for the same part is $31.97 they are doubling their profit and ripping people off! I’m so upset about this. Then I was over hearing them talk shit about a man that just bought a trailer from them that wanted know everything about his trailer before he pulled it off the lot. Won’t get my business back again
