Horrible service. My child's appointment was at 10am from Brooklyn to Manhattan and the driver showed up to pick us up at 9:45am & made us miss the appointment. Avoid this company, is garbage.
These people have poor customer service. They yell at the customer. Took 2 hours to do a pick up after a surgery. I wish i could give them 1/2 a 🌟. I wouldn't recommend them picking up a dog!!
