You ask for a woman instructor they will book without your consent with a male instructor and then if you ask them why did you book without the permission they will say this is the policy. Okay now can you cancel that and book it with the requested trainer oh you can skip the class but you can skip the class only twice per year. The cold person I talked to said his name was Doug. He will treat you as if you are receiving alms for free not like a customer who is paying for their horrible service.
