Since 1984, Saf-T-Swim's goal has been to teach vital water safety skills year-round. Our caring, dedicated teachers specialize in Individual (1-On-1) Swimming Lessons, that provide children the ability to learn to swim at their own pace. Students have their teachers' undivided attention for the entire 30 minute lesson in 88-degree heated pools. We offer Baby and Me Programs, Private Birthday Parties, Swim Team, and more!

My children have been going to Saf-T-Swim in Coram for almost 4 years now and there are not enough words for how happy we are there. The staff is warm and friendly and the facilities are clean and kept in safe conditions. I give them a 12 out of 10 rating!
Emma at the Coram location has been my son’s instructor for the past three months, and we’ve seen such an incredible improvement in his swimming technique. We are so grateful for her patience, encouragement, and expertise. She truly makes a difference, and we can’t thank her enough!
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience last monday with one of the lifeguards was unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, the lifeguard on duty was giving us dirty looks for no apparent reason. It made the environment really uncomfortable, not just for my family. What really upset me was when I asked a simple question about pool rules, and the lifeguard snapped back with a rude comment telling me to “go somewhere else” if I didn’t like it.
