horrible customer service. they never gave me a confirmation for my classes. every time i call its a huge wait and i can hardly hear anything the people are saying on the phone. they made me wait on the phone for 12 minutes then hung up.
Amazing place for kids to learn swimming. Ciara is the best. My kids love her
We’ve been coming to Saf-T-Swim Levittown since 2020. Theresa and Chelsea in particular have been fantastic along with the whole team there. My son took a break for COVID but has been here the whole time and my daughter just started. The facilities are excellent, safe and clean. The coaches have been great and the curriculum has allowed him to switch to a new coach seamlessly if ever his normal coach is sick or off. We plan to be part of the Saf-T-swim family for the next 5 years too!
The lack of awareness of coaching and issue of excessive talking among co-workers while trying to conduct a session is a constant thing in this location. I addressed it, it kept happening. I recorded multiple long videos and email the head person for this specific location, no response. If you do bring your child to this location, please don’t look away while the session is being conducted. There are only a few good instructors at most.
