I want to thank the instructor Sophia for her patience with my son Miguel. My son didn't know anything about swimming, and with Sophia's patience and motivation, my son was able to gain confidence, and had the ability to start floating and swimming on his own. Overall, the whole place is welcoming. They are very organized, and the children always have a fun time, while also learning. I highly recommend the instructor Sophia, and thank you again.
I wish i could give minus to this location. Front desk is suppose to help the customer/client, but i felt insulted there by Hanah. My child was enrolled with them for year round class with female instructor, i already requested them my girl is comfortable with female instructor so i just want female instructor and also asked for specific day and time for the class. They provided me with that for friday’ s 6pm. And today when i saw another child i asked for my child is in private session , they said your child is not enrolled... read more
Bella is amazing! She’s the perfect person to work front desk, she’s so welcoming and makes our swimming experience great from the very beginning!
