Wrnt to the store in New Castle and "Hope" was working. She was the only one and there were close to a dozen people almost coming in at the same time. She was AWESOME! If they ddnt have my size, she offered other options or sizes, citing similarities and reasons for it. Super pleasant and extremely organized in managing people. Thanks Hope!!!
Very busy. Only 1 person working. Not fair, should have more employees for better customer service. The lady that was there was doing the best she could and was nice!

Poor customer service ask for help get ignored when first arrived couldn't tell who actually worked there the person at the desk was doing something on a computer waited 20 min for her to get that done then asked for what shoes they offer in my size she just named off brands but every shoe I brought up they didn't have in my size walked out ordered from Amazon
