Would not recommend their boot repair. I took in 2 new pairs of Chippewa snake boots to have zippers put in, after 3 tries, my boots are ruined. Make blisters on back of heel and it is horrible looking work. They actually got upset that I kept taking them back for them to redo. Finally gave up. The only reason I rated it a 1star is because it would let me submit it with 0.
The customer service is absolutely wonderful. I was thoroughly impressed by their willingness to go out of their way to make sure I get what I want and let me know any details about my order (I bought online). I will definitely buy from them again, and if I'm ever down there, I'll definitely drop in to say thanks.
This is a real western store. It's carries the best boot and hat collection in all of South Texas!
