Had a chair delivered from New Jersey to Florida today. Super fast, extremely courteous and chair arrived in perfect condition!
I paid over 3k for a bedroom set that included free assembly from Sadko Trans. When the bed was initially assembled, I noticed that it was a little squeaky. The assembler told us the squeaks would stop after the bed settled in a few weeks. A couple days later, an entire leg from the bed frame fell off. When we lifted the mattress to see what was going on, we saw that several legs on the frame weren’t touching the floor. The legs were also very wiggly and some of the screws were missing. Worse experience ever!!! Is been 30 days that I am waiting for a delivery and nothing. Poor customer service.
