Not sure why the impatient reviews. Jerry has done my taxes for over 8 years and been awesome. I'd rather have them filed accurately and take a little longer than quickly pull together and there's errors. I appreciate his work - if you have a bit more complex returns go check out Jerry! He's Good!
Took over a month since we walked in the door to have our taxes filed. They charged more than what we were quoted over the phone. Jerry seemed liked he knew his stuff but customer service and long wait times will make us go elsewhere.
it shouldn't take 2 months to have a tax return done. what have I done to deserve this?
