Whenever the item is back in stock online and you go to store and ask for it, they would not help you, they would just say “oh we have it but still in the box”. And they will ask you to come back the next day. Mind you, the boxes behind the counter 5 or 6 small to medium sizes. And 2 or more ladies just talking behind the counter doing nothing. Be careful what you buy from this store. The owner is not taking any responsibility if something goes wrong with the product. This has been our experience. It is also their policy. In our last visit the shop sold us food for the horse that they didn't have and told me that the best they can do is to give me credit. I stood my ground and told them that this is what scammers do.
