Be cautious buying here. You are charged for everything going thru the purchase an design center process. They have no basic home to show you to give you for there initial starting price. There beautiful models. But that's not what you get for there listed price. By the time you finish going thru to the final close, your upgrades can add up to thousand and thousands of $$$$$ on top of the listed price . Plus a lot charge. Depending on witch lot you pick. PH

Run away! They are crooks and will take your money. We put 25K earnest money down on some land and within ~30 days our circumstances changed, and we had to cancel our contract, and we asked for a refund. They did not do any development to the land and spent no money in design or anything. They would not refund our money. I would understand if they kept 5k for administrative purposes but to not refund a nickel of 25K did not sit well with us. Buyer beware.

BUYER BEWARE! My home of less than one year experiences standing ground water and muddy lawn, and has had and continues to have multiple construction errors. When I asked for the names, qualifications, and experience of the subcontractor, Robson Construction, refused. In my experience every reputable contractor gladly provides references? BUYER BEWARE of how you spend you hard earned money!
