Love it here! The weather! The amenities! The mountains! A very utopian existence and I enjoy it.
I live in the other HOA but more often visit HOA1 because the food is consistently better and the service is always excellent in their restaurants and their golf course. Besides, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a "club" feeling there like my old yacht club in SoCal. A much different vibe from my HOA's restaurants where I am a "customer".
