I’m giving my honest feedback. Unfortunately, I would never book another event here. I arrived at 4:30 p.m., and no one was there to open the door or greet me. There was no welcome or even a simple “thank you for coming,” which made the experience feel very uninviting. The male bartender working at the middle bar was extremely rude, and the overall hospitality was disappointing.
