Wow! OVERPRICED! Spoke with Joanne in November of 2017 and she seemed nice at first. Explained my situation to her and she said she would look at my previous years taxes. She did amend my 2016 taxes for my daughter because the prior tax individual missed some deductions. She said she did that at no charge.
