ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!! I’ve attempted to book here several times over the past two years, and there’s never any availability—ever. While that’s frustrating in itself, the bigger issue is the customer service. Every time I’ve called, the front desk staff has been consistently unwelcoming—awkward silences, short replies, and zero hospitality.
