My extreme Trypanophobia kept me away from doing this. After a lot of inner soul searching I reluctantly accepted the offer to try Acupuncture. I wish I had pushed myself to do this earlier in life. This has helped me so much, more so that anything else I've tried, including Osteotherapy, Physiotherapy, Massage, Chriopractic... etc. If you're wondering if you should try Acupuncture, the answer is yes and it should be here with Christine!
