Booked several massages and somehow they are denying it and telling me they called to move one of them. No resolution even though I have a confirmation on all of these. They lost a customer.
They cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before the appointment 3 times! This is terrible.. i am all about supporting small businesses but i had to drop off my daughter to daycare early so that i can make it to the appointment and they cancel it just 10 mins before - thats not professional! Reason- family emergency and once the RMT was sick.. each time they realize 10 mins before the appointment. I went in after being in dilibitating pain from what I believe was piriformis syndrome and felt 10x better after my visit with Rebecca. Will definitely be back .
Had 3 appointments with different therapists: Shannon, Laryn, and Melissa. My experience each time was great, walked out feeling very relaxed and lots of tension released in my upper body. Very welcoming environment. Only downside is that the location may be hard to find for the first visit but there’s detailed directions on their website
Very prompt in returning my call. Tried very hard to work around my schedule. Diffently recommend booking appointment.
