I am leaving three stars because Stefani gives amazing massages however she is late and unreliable. My first appointment with her was on April 5, 2023. The appointment was scheduled to start at 10:30AM, and per her request on her website I arrived early. However, ten minutes before the start of the appointment I received a text from her asking if we could start later or reschedule altogether.
