Lisa is amazing! She spent a ton of time with me before my massage to assess what I needed. She's extremely communicative and helped solve a ton of my ailments in one session. I can't wait to go back!

This week I was suffering from a severe case of sciatica pain where it felt like I was being stabbed in and around my right thigh making it difficult to walk with out pain. Fortunately, I was able to visit Donna at Sacred Space and she was able to work her massage magic. In one session I was able to walk out pain free. Took a yoga Thai massage class this past Saturday, Matt robillard was the instructor....was pleasantly surprised as it was my first time taking one! Matt was great and very patient with us, will definitely be back!

Alison's kundalini class and gong bath on Saturday mornings was just what I needed to release fear and tension. I reconnected with my inner strength. It was so seriously blissful. Thank you, Alison. I wish I lived up here.

My boyfriend and I both got massages from Raquel - she was excellent. Very therapeutic and knowledgeable massage, and good choice in music.
