It’s hard to even find the words to describe this experience. First and foremost, I am filled with gratitude because I have never felt anything quite like this. I have some ptsd from loss in my life in addition to leading a genuinely stressful and busy existence. My nervous system is shot and I truly haven’t felt relaxed in longer than I can remember. I can’t begin to explain my experience in sound bath session with Andrea! I have suffer from neurological illness and felt compelled to try a sound bath as I continue on my healing journey. It was a AMAZING experience for me! My body was moving in a way that it has never moved before, in a way, unwinding itself. I let it be. I felt such a release in my mind, body, and soul! I highly recommend anyone who may be experience emotional stress, trauma, illness, pain to give sound bath a try!!! Thank you ANDREA it was transforming!
