Exceptional service and a beautiful experience from start to finish. Ordering online was extremely seamless. I was especially grateful for their personal care — they contacted me to let me know I had accidentally ordered the wrong size case for the bowl. I ordered a beautiful Mt Shasta serpentine and Sedona red rock alchemy crystal bowl and it is simply beautiful. An amazing addition to the rest of my bowls. I ordered online and the customer service I received from Catrina was wonderful and very helpful. I could feel the kindness and light that came off of her emails, telling me that I was where I needed to be to find my next bowl. Definitely will be coming back to Sacred Sound of the Soul when I get a call for new bowls.

I've purchased 4 bowls from Sacred Sound. What brings me back is the detailed item descriptions that speak to the properties of the bowl and their tuning (hz). I love being able to play each bowl in person to feel the connection and tour the shop that has a wide variety of materials and sizes. Catarina is amazing - so knowledgeable and understands the importance of finding the right healing instrument.
