1st,as soon as you walk in, you immediately feel a calming kinda vibe. Jena is amazing for both the mind and body. She is the real deal! I felt very at ease when talking with Jena. She has so much knowledge and was able to guide me in ways that actually work for me. I also received the most relaxing massage. Jena was able to release so much pressure from my shoulders and neck, and it didn't hurt. Looking forward to my next visit.

I have been going to Jena for over 14 years now. I had my appointment yesterday and something just felt "off" in my back. I jokingly said, do what I need. You know better than I do. An hour later, after a very focused massage, I felt revived and had almost zero pain. She knows what your body needs and even more important she knows how to get to it.
