I have been going to Jena for over 12 years now. I had my appointment yesterday and something just felt "off" in my back. I jokingly said, do what I need. You know better than I do. An hour later, after a very focused massage, I felt revived and had almost zero pain. She knows what your body needs and even more important she knows how to get to it. I can not recommend her services highly enough. Try Soma Psyche Soul and I doubt you'll ever go anywhere else.

Jena is wonderful! I would go everyday if I could. If you are stressed, in pain, or just want to be relaxed. You need to go see her.
My session with Jena was incredible. I am a Somatic Touch Therapist and found myself, after a series of life changing events, dysregulated and trying so many things to regulate myself without success. I needed someone else to hold space for me and the release was emotional and liberating. I will be going weekly, as I encourage my clients to do for at least the first 4 weeks if possible.
