I highly recommend Sacred Roots to anyone needing pelvic floor work and rehabilitation. A few months ago, I injured my pelvic floor and it was recommended that I go see a pelvic floor physical therapist. I never got past leaving a message. It says leave a descriptive message about your symptoms . Well, that’s illegal to ask . It speaks of discrimination and violates all kinds of privacy laws , it’s also insensitive to an entire group of clients . Sacred is not so sacred when you blurt it out over the phone. It’s unaware behavior especially in this day and age . Dr. Link is wonderful at listening and really helping you find what will help you and what you're comfortable with. Love the cozy vibes of the office too. Highly recommend.
Delaney has absolutely exceeded my expectations! She is the best and I recommend her to all the women in my life! She has already helped me tremendously on my pelvic floor journey.
