Dr. Link is wonderful at listening and really helping you find what will help you and what you're comfortable with. Love the cozy vibes of the office too. Highly recommend.
Delaney has absolutely exceeded my expectations! She is the best and I recommend her to all the women in my life! She has already helped me tremendously on my pelvic floor journey. Sacred roots is a wonderful place to find healing and is the safest and most personable therapy in town! You will not be disappointed!!!

10/10 would recommend sacred roots. I’ve been working with Delaney to rehab my pelvic floor after delivering my first baby. She has made me feel so safe and seen and cared for. I have had huge improvements since we started and have been able to return to all of the activities I love. I’ve also learned valuable tools to carry with me and feel more at home in my body. I also got to experience dry needling for the first time and find it to be a really effective tool. I am very grateful for Delaney’s expertise and care!
