I have been experiencing debilitating low back pain for 7 days. Unrelieved by drugs, massage or hot springs. From the moment I walked into the clinic I was greeted with sunshine professional positivity. Dr was very skilled patient, checked in with me every step of the way. I went from 8/10 pain down to 2/10 and my range of motion increased. I will be back to work on helping my plantar fasciitis.

Her clinical knowledge is evident, and she takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment plans and answer questions with care and clarity. I feel confident in her expertise and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking evidence-based, compassionate pelvic floor therapy.
After over a year I have found help for Pelvic floor and bladder issues! I have met a dedicated team at Sacred Roots Pelvic Health and Physical Therapy. I’ve seen Delaney twice now. She’s great. Delaney is friendly and smiles. She listens to me, we talk about my issues, she tells me what she’s going to do. She’s gives me choices. She shows me exercises to do between sessions, that are easy. I have another appointment with her. If you need a therapist, don’t hesitate, Delaney is a great choice!
