Worker (presumably the owner) was just rude. I got a whole speech about how everyone assumes he's ripping them off when I questioned the price of a new tyre. Yes, everyone assumes they're being ripped off just for being in thredbo, just the way it is. Anyways, purched a tyre from the bike store below instead, from a very polite staff member. Happily walked past his shop with it in hand.
Had a mishap today on the ebike. No big deal really for Matt from the thredbo shop ,on his own break dragged the bike back to the store and had me sorted What a legend , thanks Matt
If it wasn’t for Matt, our Thredbo mountain bike holiday would have been a disaster. He went out of his way to help fix our bikes to get us back on the mountain as quickly as possible. He was knowledgeable, helpful and went way beyond what he needed to do. We will now only shop at sacred ride at Thredbo for all our bike needs.
Matt is a legend to deal with. Knowledgeable and friendly. Rented practically a brand new Giant Reign 👏
