Wonderful family owned business! Buses are clean and the hospitality is excellent!
I'm legally blind, and boarded from Art of Animation hotel at Disney world.. They did not have any disability-friendly seating, and i was not helped in the slightest- just directed to get on and find a seat. Pretty hard to do with my vision. I've had better experiences on city buses, public transportation. Do not bother if you've got any sort of disability.
I learned about this company when the owner came into my workplace with her company info. I was going on vacation for two weeks and I did not want to leave my car in a parking lot. I called Sacred Heart Coach Lines and asked if they would be able to take me to the airport. They were able to accommodate me and the owner text me a picture of the van, license plate and driver.
