I recently experienced my first sound bath and to say it was life changing is an understatement. I have never completely relaxed, my whole body and my mind. It was like this completely wonderful whole body experience. The sounds are soothing and calming and I think my ADHD mind needed that. I will 100% be participating in more.

I have been blessed with having reiki sessions and sound meditation with Samantha. I have even taken my 12 year old daughter for a reiki session and she LOVED it . Both were extremely healing and relaxing . Samantha has a very warm welcoming heart , and very gifted in her practices. If you have been looking into sound healing , reiki, meditation, breath work you definitely need to go to Sacred Healing Arts Studio . Your body ,mind and soul will thank you ❤️
