I love the space at Sacred Garden Healing Arts! Every detail from the waiting room decor to the towels in the bathroom to the ambiance in the massage room made me feel comfortable right away. Lauren helped me so much. I was in such pain that I had trouble sleeping but after my massage, I slept well and woke feeling pain-free which rarely happens. She even made suggestions of stretches and other exercises to help me feel better between massages. I already look forward to my next massage with her!
Very professional. She did such a good job and I feel so much better and her space was absolutely immaculatly clean. Will definitely be coming back.

Been to see, and currently weekly still do see Lauren at for least 24 ,likely more, 60 and 90 min appointments and all have always been excellent in every way...superb knowledgeable practitioner who i would recommend to anyone...Love her!
