Shayna is an incredibly talented RMT professional who strives to find the best way to help her patients, even those with complicated conditions. She has helped me find some pain relief when others could not, and for that I am very grateful. She cares for several members of my family (each of us with different needs) and we all feel blessed to have found her!
Shayna is absolutely AMAZING, 10 out of 10! You will not regret this decision! She has helped me so much w relieving pain/stiffness from my childhood injury to my day to day work strain. On top of her skills as an RMT, her cranial sacral therapy really helps the mind and soul too, not just the body! Can't being to explain the relief I have after seeing her, physically and mentally! Will continue to return until she is happily retired!
I can't recommend Shayna enough! From the moment I walked into her peaceful home studio, I felt welcomed, safe, and completely at ease. Her space is beautifully set up—calming and clean. I have been going to Shayna for treatments for 3 years now. She offers massage and craniosacral treatments. Been going to Shayne for awhile now and I go back for a reason, she knows her stuff and listens. Definitely recommended if you want a good massage in a relaxing homie atmosphere.
Shayna is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever visited. She truly gets to know you and checks in with you every appointment so that she can cater each massage to your pain and stress levels as they fluctuate. Her knowledge of the muscles in the human body amazes me and I always leave feeling like she found the exact spot I needed help with. I look forward to every appointment and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good massage!
