I had a lovely massage with Deidre. The staff and space at Sacred Ally are warm and welcoming - I know both as a client and a practitioner within this community. I loved the hot towels, heated table, essential oils and customized massage. Highly recommend!

I have visited many places that center around spiritual healing. Sacred Ally immediately struck me as a warm, authentic and loving space.
