I showed up for my Reiki appointment at 12:30 pm, and all the doors were locked, and the sign said closed. I continued to call the number provided in the confirmation email and on the website multiple times , each time it went to voicemail, except for once where i can hear a woman mumbling in the background and then hung up on me. I waited for 25 minutes and still never opened. I had to pay a $50 deposit for booking my appointment and later that day asked for a refund in an email.
