3/10/26 UPGRADING THIS REVIEW from 3 to 5 stars based on my experience within Downtown Sacramento AND excellent customer service I received on the phone today. 3/2/25 Elk Grove drivers who "showed up to work" were awesome!!! Bad, bad, bad!!! This company did not have my back ( no pun intended) after being on board the bus in the rear of bus just weeks after having major back surgery and the bus got rear ended.
