3/10/26 UPGRADING THIS REVIEW from 3 to 5 stars based on my experience within Downtown Sacramento AND excellent customer service I received on the phone today. 3/2/25 Elk Grove drivers who "showed up to work" were awesome!!! RT is better Downtown so I had to move here instead of Elk Grove because too many drivers call in or quit. 1/8/24 UPDATE: To show that I'm not just a hater....today out of the clear blue, my bus not only showed up, but it showed up on time. Bad, bad, bad!!! This company did not have my back ( no pun intended) after being on board the bus in the rear of bus just weeks after having major back surgery and the bus got rear ended.
The bus driver the work for this bus station or hella hood life they drove past the wrong bus stop oh when yo go to get oh the nearest bus or light rail !!!!!!!! The bus driver tries to drive write past the people who need to get on the bus transit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the absolute worst record of any public transit system they refuse to gice duely owed refunds for busses that are late they refuse to pick up the phone to account for the incorrect schedules they refuse to hold themselves accountable for making people late they refuse to update arrival times they refuse to operate efficiently the absolute worst transit system 1 star is obnoxiously generous they owe me many ticket refunds but refuse to be decent trash organization
