Delayed drug screen and no system process. I arrived for a drug screen approximately around 11:45 AM. As of 203pm PM, I still had not been able to provide a specimen. The facility did not appear busy, so the delay seemed related to slow processing rather than volume. Additionally, there was no access to the restroom during the wait, which caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. I’d appreciate clearer wait-time estimates and accommodations during delays. Horrible they don't answer the phone when u call and there voicemail is always full and even if u leave a voicemail they never call back.
If you're not black, expect racism here. I am not even white and I see the blatant racism towards the white men here. The whole staff treats white men like trash. I feel for the men that are sitting here quietly and taking the absolute abuse from the staff. Sad!
If you know there is going to be an hour long wait because one of the TWO employees are going on lunch, you should tell the patient that before they check in.
