I have lived here for 4 years. The gated community is quiet, kind neighbors, nice landscaping. Outside the gate it’s awful. Although the governor has reopened the state the owners have not allowed the residents to utilize the pool or clubhouse. Heat and air conditioning are controlled by maintenance.

we love the inside the gates part but out side is homelessville. although they ate offering shelter for them they have cheaper tent then most. you only pay smudge. they have cable hookup with premium basic cable. you pay extra for internet.i made 25 friends the first 2wks he re.
