They closed my small business account without even telling me. As a disabled person who works hard to be a small business owner, I feel very let down.
Horrible institution have paid two Teslas off before their term in the middle of a third vehicle with sac credit union. have several hundred thousand dollars in the bank make several hundred thousand dollars a year and they pulled the old chart out and said that your debt to income ratio is too much even though we are at 16%? took months to process our paperwork. I have a 750 and my wife has an 8.25 credit score. Putting 30% down on $122,000 car loan, only need to finance 100k at 6.39. Just a number nobody ever gets to 6.39.... read more

I got into a car accident and my car was totaled. Went to Sacramento credit union to get a loan because I did not have gap insurance, so I could pay the remainder I owed on the car at a more affordable rate but denied me because I wasn't with my new job for 6 months is what I was told. Came back after 6 months and my credit went up higher from 719. I was denied again because my credit history was too new at a little over a year and a half old. I hate that they wasted my time and gave me hope at keeping my finances in control... read more
