horrible soooo far no EVER answers the phone very unprofessional.Went in person and the mamnager .ade the excuse they was workin on the phone lines. and told me to leave a vm. i saif i did still no call. Never seen anything where you had to leave s vm..even toll free number. i Just want the status of my loan
