I have had my account at Sacramento Credit Union SCU for over 20y yrs. Accounts and CDs are at comparable rates, higher than some other banks and financial institutions. I trust my funds with SCU. It also feels good when I go in and anyone knows your name. Cheers to you SCU. My one and only.
Regretting having to choose 1 star. Last month I had 2 fraudulent transactions on my account and immediately brought it to the bank manager's attention. I closed my account, opened a new one, and was reissued a new atm card. 2 days later the money was reimbursed to my account. ($5000) and a week later, without any notice, the money was withdrawn from my account. No one said a word. I found out when I was reconciling my account. Tamika was very professional and polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did she answer my questions, but she took me through the steps of setting up some parameters in my account settings that I was not aware of. If I was starting my own company, I would steal her from you. Sorry. She is very good and went above and beyond to give me top customer service. Please promote her and give her a raise.
They closed my small business account without even telling me. As a disabled person who works hard to be a small business owner, I feel very let down.
