Great for your business and they have have your back as a business
Fire everyone and start again.
They do not help consumers. after an A+ rated business called me illegally then lied about being with a charity I reached out. the business offered a gift certificate and told me to call if I needed. 2 weeks no returned call or gift certificate. now Alicia at Better business says close case. the business k designers has 22 poor reviews. 30 COMPLAINTS over marketing and preying on elderly , but they keep the rating. I guess their paying for that rating.

This process was just a waste of time. Submitting my complaint to the BBB did not change anything, nor was it even helpful. If I could speak with someone and if they could have spoken to the company on my behalf it would have helped. What is the point of forwarding the (very character limited) letter to the business?
