I opened an account online and was approved. I went into the branch in person with my ID and legal documents, including a power of attorney for my mother who has dementia. I am her caregiver and was trying to get everything set up before relocating her to Florida. The male employee a balding male with glasses again accosted parents in the BACK parking lot not near the handicap spot or main bank entrance. Demanding that they move immediately. Even as kids were changing in my vehicle for which I informed him he refused to leave my car side. I advised I'd move as soon as she was done and he again demanded NOW. They love to turn off your cards with no reason or warning at random.
Great staff.
One of their male employees had nothing better to do today than to intimidate and harass a mother with a baby for daring to park in the SVCU parking lot on "their busiest day of the month." He continued to harass her when she took more than two minutes to get out of the parking lot because she was informing another patron of a better place to park. This is not acceptable behavior.
