Recommended Bank We have been with this bank for quite some time. They have a few different branches and we enjoy going to this one because the tellers are friendly and helpful. I appreciate their kindness and patience. The bank is clean, organized, and has a nice decor. I agree that some fees are not great, however I avoid accounts that charge fees. Parking is average. Overall I do recommend this bank.
Good customer service I have used Saco& Biddeford Savings Bank for quite a few years. I am very happy with the service I have received. The tellers are always very friendly and know me by sight. It is nice to be a part of a banking institution that takes the time to get to know their customers. Two thumbs up.
I am with this bank now I like it they are very respectful. I have a loan here that I took out a year ago and am almost paid of. I like the girls here they are very friendly with me. I will stay here for a while.
Great place for loans, but not banking Recently we agreed to a loan thru this bank and wanted to transfer all of our banking to this bank as well, to keep everything w/one bank. We opened 2 savings accts and a checking and left them w/a low balance until we could clear our other bank and close them accts and make the transfer complete. Well we were not told that if you have a balance in your checking acct UNDER $300, you are charged a service charge of $3 per month. This isn't a lot of money, but does add up quickly.
