Dakota was a godsend in recovery from my TMJ pain. I have been suffering since 2018 and have tried multiple therapies. I had just started the Invisalign process and if this PT didn’t work, Botox was next. If I had found Dakota sooner I would have never needed to try Invisalign. He cared about my progress, he explained why strengthening the neck is what will help me. As I progressed he showed me how to incorporate harder exercises into my workouts for my neck/TMJ pain.
