My TMJ was so inflamed I was having migraines non stop for weeks. I saw 1 of those fabulous ladies and she managed to reduce the spasms with that 1 visit. You bet your bottom dollar im going to continue this line of treatment. Maybe they will help me with long term maintenance afterwards. No matter what thank you for getting me out of so much pain
Rainie, and the rest of the staff are professional and easy to talk with, excellent bedside or therapy tableside manner all around. They are all knowledgeable in their field with many years of experience. The equipment at Saco Bay Ortho & Sports PT is clean and in working order. Raine will push you to improve but is always cognizant of your pain level. Funny as it sounds, I usually have a good time there, working on my post-surgical knee

From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave everyone is so kind and personable! They made a exercise routine that is working great for my knee, They don’t over work it and they are always making sure I'm comfortable and not in any pain! I would recommend anyone who needs physical Therapy to give Saco Bay a try.
