I went in for a back and shoulder issue and Courtney was my therapist. She is amazing. She sets you up with exercises that will help you get back to your normal functioning with out stressing other areas of the body. Professional and clean facility and all staff is friendly. If you’re looking for a pleasant rehab I would give them a try.
Saco Bay has changed my life, and I wouldn't be physically functional without them. I have had 3 heart surgeries, and Courtney has rehabilitated me from barely able to stand up to being active and walking many miles.
