I have been working with Gracie Robichaud at the Hampden location and so highly recommend her I ended up there after a hip injury from overtraining and lack of knowledge about what I was doing. She helped determine what was wrong, she educated me, she encouraged me, and she was realistic about my situation and what I needed to do to get better. I am thrilled to say I just ran up Mt Washington with no pain so I want to thank Gracie and Saco Bay for helping me get there!
