Karen is great! Staff is very helpful. Scheduling appointments is a breeze.
Everyone at Saco Bay PT are very nice. Erin Shaffer is exceptional. The only negative was the pattern in the carpet. Tough if you have a vestibular problem. Balance exercises difficult at best.

My muscle pulll issue was identified right away and exercises presented to improve mobility . I am very happy with the results. One small suggestion would be to have a shelving unit in the waiting room for patients to leave phones and other things while being treated.
