I went to Saco Bay PT before and after ACL and meniscus surgery. I worked with many of the therapists and had a good experience with everyone. The therapists here typically only work with one client at a time. Post op they put me with Mel and she was very helpful to me. Mel alleged that I was an excellent compensator and she would watch me closely during my exercises to make sure I was not inadvertently cheating. Lindsay Mayock, PT, DPT is absolutely outstanding! Incredibly knowledgeable and very intuitive to the extremely nuanced nature and complexity of the female anatomy and physiology. She has been an amazing teacher in the mind, body connection with very targeted exercises that truly work to improve my body and to help me feel stronger and more confident that I will feel better soon. She is an excellent educator and I am very fortunate to have found her!
