What a great group or therapists at Saco Bay PT in Buxton. They helped me worked to strengthen the muscles around my knee to alleviate the pain. Thank you Haley.
The therapists are all so nice along with the receptionist. Very knowledgeable and helpful for where I need it. Answers my questions and listens to my concern. So far I have only had Michelle as my therapist but the others seems to be the same way!
The team is professional and friendly. Haley is amazing. She really listens to your goals in daily life and makes interesting workouts for each appointment in order to achieve those goals.
I have started going here for PT for a year in my rotator cuff. I have Michelle Hubbard as my therapist. She is very good. She gave me exercises that she watched as I did them and said no that’s not good so she modified them all so I could do them. The atmosphere is very positive and not stuffy. Everyone talks and has a good time while doing their exercises. I highly recommend anyone needing PT to go here.
