Therapist is very friendly and respectful. She has engaging conversations and a sense of humor. So far she has provided clear instructions on exercise procedures. The facility seems to run smoothly through people coming and going with individualized care plans.

I was very impressed with Saco Bay PT! Mackenzie is my therapist She did a thorough assessment of my problems and came up with a very good treatment plan. She is professional and personable. I was so encouraged after my visit. I would recommend this branch of SBPT to anyone that needs PT and lives in the greater Portland area.

Rolled my ankle and ended up with a couple of small bone fractures. Two months later, I hobbled into their practice still in pain and honestly thinking, “I guess this is my life now.” I even joked that this was my decade of decline! 😂 My first appointment was full of education and optimism from my therapist—although I wasn’t quite as optimistic! Had several visits at Saco Bay after surgery for a herniated disc. My therapist was MacKenzie. She is absolutely wonderful. If you ever find yourself needing some Physical Therapy, DO NOT hesitate to contact Saco Bay. They will get you back to normal in no time. 5 stars is the limit, but I would give them many more.
