These guys are the best! Read on.... We hired Sacks Law to defend against a bogus workers' comp claim. Their "30+ years of expertise" seems to be exclusively in the art of extracting maximum fees from their own clients' pockets with absolutely no interest of resolving the case at the most economical path. They used scare tactics, claiming the state would prosecute and we could lose everything, all while refusing to provide solid estimates. My experience with this law firm was not good. They nickle and dime, charge for bogus / made up services, and are completely useless. I would not recommend. Terrible law firm to deal with.
