Customer satisfaction is not what I think of when I think of Sack Lumber. My parents, who are in their 80s, ordered some steel siding from Sack Lumber based upon a display sample in the store. They had ordered the siding to replace some that had been damaged in a hail storm.The sales associate involved in the sale says that he told them that the siding they would receive might not look like the display sample.
