Matt came to the rescue with another tenant issue in 2025. Poor judgement and failure to follow lease agreement on part of tenant. Honest landlord still takes a loss taking the high road. I had a renter that caused $8000 damage to my mother's old house. Mr. Sack was very informative and helped me get thru civil case. I would not hesitate to recommend him. The help desk at court house does help. The office of the court can't help. Getting thru civil court is a freaking maze. Thanks for the direction.
