My Therapist, Emily, discussed my expectations for the session with me beforehand, and I told her my back and legs were very sore/tired from a recent trip, and I explained that I had back surgery three months prior and that massage helps with the after-surgery pain. She said she was familiar with the surgery I had and could help with therapeutic massage in that area. She did not do anything we discussed. I had an amazing massage with Alex! His technique is so unique and effective. Therapeutic and deeply relaxing at the same time. I've gotten a lot of massage and Alex stands out as one of the best.
