Horrible! I had Steve do my taxes for a couple of years. I had a simple question that was time sensitive. He didn’t return any of my calls until I threatened to report him. I had given him my personal email, which I had kept spam free for 20 years by not giving it to any companies. He sent my info via a commercial tax portal and I have been inundated by spam ever since.
