This edit from previous my review drops the 5-star rating to 1-star. If I could give a ZERO star review, I would. I have been a faithful customer and the last time I needed service, Randy Sr.’s niceties and accommodating customer’s needs went out the window. He was rude and raised his voice, yelling at me saying, “Can’t you see how busy I am? I don’t have time for people like you.” I was SHOCKED! Like ME? What does that mean?
