Don't waste your money using this company. Once the money is handed over you are at their mercy and schedule. Told in November that the earliest my bike could make the return trip from Melbourne to Brisbane was Mid January. Was never told it would be that schedule until it was ready to return. Damaged the handlebar, denied they damaged even though it as hanging off, just tried to pass the buck by asking who welded it. My concourse bikes will never travel with them again.

I engaged the services of SAC transport to move my 2023 MT-10SP from NSW to WA in OCT of 2023. As per the previous iteration of the website it clearly states "utterly professional experts who would transport two wheelers across NSW undamaged" ( https://web.archive.org/web/20240116141308/https://www.sactranslog.com.au/ ) On delivery I noticed that there was a thick layer of dust on the bike.
